My name’s Bob. I’ve worked in professional sport since 2005 — over fifteen years as a strength and conditioning coach, and now several more managing athlete-data systems for the England & Wales Cricket Board.
I’m also a parent of three young children, and we’re just beginning our own journey into youth sport. Despite my coaching background, I still find myself with the same questions and doubts many of you may have:

MatCalc 2.0 is the result of real, lived experience — mine as a coach trying to manage squads of young athletes, all on different timelines, in elite performance environments.
